Strictly SCUBA started as a PADI SCUBA dive shop which was located in Carson City Nevada. Driven by a true entrepreneur with a passion for all things SCUBA, Strictly SCUBA grew to include a PADI certified resort in Sousa Dominican Republic, and a PADI dive boat in Vieques Puerto Rico. During this time the Strictly SCUBA team of instructors certified hundreds of SCUBA Diving Students through Strictly SCUBA.

Now we are offering Independent PADI Courses and Classes.

There is no doubt, there are risks involved with SCUBA diving, and Strictly SCUBA and its founder Mark Shiflet know this better than anyone. Shiflet is a Padi Master Instructor, and President of the High Sierra Dive Club. He is also a U.S. Coast Guard Captain.

To this day Shiflet continues to provide private instruction to small groups and individuals from all over the world.

True to his passion for SCUBA and an entrepreneurial attitude Shiflet decided it was time to pivot the business. Strictly SCUBA divested of all of its bricks and mortar traditional businesses and went online, re launching as an online platform for SCUBA enthusiasts.

Strictly SCUBA is the new premier online destination for SCUBA enthusiasts. With a specialized focus on all things SCBUA, including news, reviews, and honest view points which concern the SCUBA diving family, Strictly SCUBA aims to ensure family members both old and new have access to the best information and news. This includes the latest on accidents, new equipment, and best in industry diving practices.

Featuring reviews and comments the new Strictly SCUBA online platform will continue to provide services to divers around the world, in the way its predecessor did.
