Dolphin Rescue
Video shared by MantaRayHawaii Shows a SCUBA Diver helping a Dolphin tangled up in some fishing line. The Dolphin appears to be lifeless and moving very slowly. You can See alot of the cutting of the fishing line around 4 minutes and see how calm and responsive the Dolphin is.
It looks to be that the Diver was on a night Manta Ray dive in Hawaii.
